Bizzabo Named A High Performer In G2 Crowd’s 2018 Fall Report

We’re proud to announce that Bizzabo has been ranked as a “High Performer” overall and as a “Market Leader” for the SMB category in the G2 Crowd 2018 Fall Report.

According to G2 Crowd’s 2018 Fall report, Bizzabo has been identified as one of the best event management software solutions based on its high levels of customer satisfaction and likeliness to recommend ratings from real users on G2 Crowd. Additionally, Bizzabo has earned the title of Market Leader among SMBs on the review platform.

This news comes off the heels of several other achievements. In the Summer of 2018, Bizzabo was also ranked as an overall High Performer by G2 Crowd. More recently, Bizzabo CEO and Co-founder Eran Ben-Shushan has been named one of the Top 50 SaaS CEOs by The Saas Report. Additionally, Bizzabo is in the running to win the People’s Choice Award for Favourite Event Technology Supplier for the fourth year in a row.

There’s a good reason why we call ourselves “the world’s most loved event software.” As Alon Alroy, our Co-Founder and Chief Customer Officer puts it:

“We are dedicated to providing our customers with a product that they love. Beyond that, we feel it is our duty to provide our customers with the sources they need to produce rewarding and impactful in-person experiences.”

When someone partners with Bizzabo, they are getting more than a stellar product – they are getting access to a customer-centric team whose dedication and passion go way beyond product tutorials and technical assistance.

If you’re a Bizzabo customer, this is probably old news to you. If you’re not, check out how Molly Reid, Director of Events and Marketing at Teach for America, describes her experience:

“The Bizzabo customer support is unparalleled; this includes their customer success managers and their web support team. Both have taken the time to get to know us personally and as an organization, and keep our needs and parameters in mind.”
