Donna Tuths is a growth-oriented digital leader with more than 30 years of experience driving digital transformation across the enterprise and excellence in marketing and sales. Her career has spanned strategy consulting, technology consulting and digital agency management. She has managed significant P&Ls and has been a CEO, CMO, and a Chief Transformation and Innovation Officer.
She currently serves as a Board Member and Strategic Advisor to private equity companies, investors, and founders advising on M&A strategy, revenue and growth, operating excellence, and talent management. She focuses in the digital media and marketing, agency, digital engineering, experience design, customer experience, and digital health spaces, and more generally cross- industry on matters related to digital transformation, marketing, sales and growth.
Donna has more than 15 years of experience driving inorganic growth agendas as CEO of Ogilvy Healthworld, and as a founder of Accenture Interactive and Cognizant Interactive. During these years she helped acquire companies in the agency, experience design, digital engineering, eCommerce, web development, digital production, video production, and data and AI spaces. Her responsibilities ranged from strategy and deal inception to integration and business case attainment. She has served as deal sponsor and has held operating roles, responsible for post-deal GTM, revenue and sales. She has varied experience driving growth to the $1B plus levels. At Accenture Interactive and Cognizant she managed $1B plus businesses in the digital content and interactive spaces. At Omnicom, a leading agency holding company, Donna completed the successful turnaround of Organic, a prized digital agency.
Donna began her career as an analyst covering high-technology industries working for various Washington government agencies and the intelligence community. She transitioned to management consulting and digital transformation work post business school. She is a noted speaker and author on the impact of digital technology on business and marketing, and an expert in digital content and media.
Donna is a life member of the Council on Foreign Relations and an Advisory Board member to the Yale Center for Consumer Insights. She is a faculty member covering Digital Marketing in the executive education program at the Yale School of Management. She holds an AB from Barnard College, MA from the Paul Nitze School of Advanced International Studies, and MBA from the Yale School of Management. Donna lives near New York City with her husband and two labs, and is a die-hard Mets fan.
